Restorative Yoga

Join Michelle to explore holding poses for up to 10 minutes each, while your bodies are supported with props and pillows. Restorative Yoga focuses on relaxation of the physical, mental and emotional state.  This class is slow moving and concentrated on stillness and great as a tool to activate your parasympathetic nervous systems. Allows for rest and relaxation.
Hip Strengthening
THIS CLASS IS A LITTLE BIT MORE ADVANCED AS IT ADDS A LITTLE EXTRA MOVEMENT. Â THIS CLASS IS PERFECT FOR THOSE WHO NEED TO SWITCH UP THEIR PRACTICE BUT STILL RELEASE TENSION IN THOSE HIPS. IF THE MOVEMENT IS TO MUCH FOR YOU THEN YOU CAN JUST HOLD THE MAIN POSE AND ELIMINATE THE EXTRA ROTATION. YOU WILL STILL GAIN BENEFITS.
