Tips for Mediation -Easier than you think

Great tips for those new to mediation or those that just need a reminder. Meditation can happen while out for a walk, drawing or painting, even doing the dishes! It's all about taking a deep breath and being in the present moment, when you try to hard to meditate your mind may begin to go in a million different directions. So try being present even just for a moment.... not worrying about the past or planning for tomorrow just be!
