WE OFTEN LOOK FOR EXTERNAL REMEDIES BUT FORGET TO LOOK WITHIN.


KEEP IN MIND THESE ARE ALSO SIGNS OF LIVING A HUMAN LIFE EXPERIENCE SO PAY ATTENTION, IF THEY ARE LASTING LONGER THAN THEY SHOULD OR YOU ARE NOTICING A PATTERN THAN THAT COULD BE A CLEAR INDICATION THAT SOME HEALING WITHIN MAY NEED TO TAKE PLACE.




HERE ARE A FEW SIGNS TO WATCH FOR THAT MAY BE A NUDGE FROM THE UNIVERSE THAT IT IS TIME TO START LOOKING WITHIN:





OVERREACTION

Even the smallest thing can feel overwhelming and you tend to react without thought. In that moment we are often projecting our feelings that are actually coming from a deeper issue being held from within.




EMOTIONAL TRIGGERS

These can happen for any reason at anytime, a song, a movie, a smell, a place or even a person. Triggers can bring on fear, tears, grief, anxiety, anger, or physical symptoms such as stomach or head aches and sudden pains or tiredness. It is usually a sign there is an open wound still living inside you that you have tried to bury or hide.




YOU APPEAR HAPPY BUT DONT FEEL HAPPY

There is that fake smile, and you wear it sometimes without even knowing you are. This happens when you are in a situation you "should" be happy so externally you show that smile, but inside you just aren't feeling it. The only person this is impacting is you. You might be great at pretending, but wouldn't you rather feel happy than just look happy?




RELATIONSHIP ISSUES

A level of vulnerability is healthy in any relationship, but if you constantly avoid being vulnerable that is considered a form of self-protection. You find it hard to navigate relationships with almost anyone romantically, friendships, family, collogues. This is usually a sign you are struggling with this internally and most likely caused by an event or situation that brought hurt or pain while allowing yourself to be vulnerable.



REPLAY

It's like your mind is stuck on replay. A situation, moment in time continues to play out. Sometimes you are able to press pause but not stop. It's like living through it all over again and again. These replays can bring on guilt, sadness, hurt, grief, feelings of doubt, fear and anger. Replay is a sure sign there is some internal wounds need tending to so you can finally hit stop.






HOLDING GRUDGES

Not only does this impact your well-being but also the well-being of those around you. It's like you have this negative energy floating with you wherever you go, weight on your shoulders and as if you are carrying a sac of sludge around with you all day. Its time to let it go! Forgiveness is crucial for you, this does not mean you need to forget or even say it to anyone's face. But you need to recognize it and allow yourself to receive and send forgiveness.





INSECURITIES AND TRUST ISSUES

You are quick to criticize yourself and the level of self-esteem is low. Trust is not something that comes easily and trusting in anyone or anything is almost impossible. There is a constant fear... not being good enough, someone may leave you, always thinking of the worst outcome, unworthiness, not lovable or thinking everything is all your fault. One of the most common signs inner healing work needs to be done... It is not your fault and you are loved and worthy of anything and everything you desire... Why not feel it?


LACK OF INTUITION

Looking, listening and trusting in yourself! Our intuition is a powerful tool that WE ALL have and can utilize for decision making, trust and feeling joy. It can be hard to hear that inner you when you are cluttered with all of the above, by working on the inner healing your intuition will only get louder and louder. It can assist you in figuring out what makes you happy, finding your peace and calmness and give you the tools needed to prevent these signs from sticking around. Feel your confidence grow when you realize you are the one with the answers and all the power and all you needed to do was ask.

MEDITATION, BEING PRESENT,POSITIVE THOUGHTS, GRATITUDE, JOURNALLING, REIKI, SHADOW WORK, SOUND THERAPY, ENERGY HEALING, CREATIVE OUTLETS,SETTING INTENTIONS, CREATING BOUNDARIES, ADDING MORE JOY INTO YOUR DAILY LIFE, SELF CARE, BEING IN NATURE, TALKING TO A FRIEND, MUSIC.....JUST A FEW WAYS TO ASSIST IN YOUR JOURNEY TO INTERNAL HEALING. ITS NOT ALWAYS AN EASY PROCESS AND CAN FEEL LIKE A BIT OF A ROLLERCOASTER, YOU ARE BRINGING UP EMOTIONS AND FEELINGS BURRIED DEEP AND HIDDEN. I CAN SAY HOWEVER WHEN YOU BEGIN THIS HEALING PROCESS AND PRACTICE INTO YOUR LIFE, THE ABUNDANCE THAT SURROUNDS YOU IS INCREDIBLE.
