My passion is to assist others to unveil their true essence. We are all moving through incredible shifts and changes on this planet and sometimes we could use some help. I am a conscious channel, I tune into the energy and translate what I see, hear and feel. I discovered Reiki in 1991, in 2002 I became an Intuitive Reiki Master/Teacher. Reiki is conscious love and this high frequency can open us up to our infinite nature. Through One-on-One Online Reiki classes, private sessions, Group Channeling events and Group Guided Meditations, those guided to this work, will have an experience of their true essence that will open them up to a new perspective of themselves and the world.

We are 2 sisters on a mission to bring body positivity, mindfulness and yoga ( sometimes with a hint of woo) to the world. We teach all sorts of classes, but tend to lean towards the more gentle forms of yoga ( like Restorative, Yin, Slow Flow). We also love teaching Yoga Nidra ( AKA Yogic Sleep) which like a guided meditation that nourishes body and mind. We also offer private one on one yoga and plan to offer mindfulness coaching in the near future.

Yoga with Cassie
My name is Cassie Scoyne and I have been practicing yoga over the last four years.  I was inspired to start my practice for the art of what your body can do, but quickly fell in love with all the added benefits it brought to my life.  I started to feel a deeper connection with myself, learned new ways to love my body and found my passion along the way.  In June of 2017, I made the decision to travel to Ubud Bali, Indonesia for my Yoga Training to earn the opportunity to teach others and pass on the magical vibes yoga has to offer.
