Last night we spoke about fear With Kelly Smart. I feel as if I needed to hear this message/lesson because I discussed with a friend a couple of days ago an issue that I have been going through for a while now. I kept saying to her ‘I don’t know why I do it’. Well now I do, IT’S FEAR. I have to be present, ask my spirits and work on why I’m fearful of this ongoing situation. The other scary part though is that I’m afraid to know the answer of why I do it. But if I don’t do the work its not fair for me or the other person involved to keep doing this same routine any longer. we will both be happier and appreciate what’s in front of us.
