Hi there,

For anyone joining us for Restorative Yoga this evening:

Tonight's class will explore holding poses for up to 10 minutes each, while our bodies are supported with props or pillows. Restorative yoga focuses on relaxation of the physical, mental and emotional state. Tonight's class will be slow moving, and concentrated on stillness and breath as a tool to activate our parasympathetic nervous system ( which allow us to rest/relax).

For tonight's practice you will need a yoga mat and anything you may like to be warm and cozy. Because there wont be a lot of movement this evening, you may wish to dress warmly (sweater and socks). Feel free to have a hot cup of herbal tea nearby, to sip on between poses. We recommend having at least 4 blankets or large towels, several pillows and/or a yoga bolster. Also we will be using the wall or a chair for support, so its a good idea to set up in an area where you will have access to either. See you soon ! Michelle

What a relaxing practice!!! Thank you ❤️ If anyone missed it I’d highly suggest giving it a try in the archives when you just need to restore and relax.. we all have those moments!!
