Hello,
I would suggest having a set of yoga blocks nearby to support your practice this evening ( if you don't have them, larger books can work as well).
Tonight's class we will explore holding poses for 2-5 minutes while targeting the deep connective tissues and fascia and practising what it’s like to sit with our thoughts. Tonight’s practice is gentle, there isn't going to be much movement so be sure to dress warm and surround yourself with pillows and blankets.
